For Daddy...

Fun times! A party and a photo session included! A great friend of mine, J, came home from California to visit family and friends. Thankfully to a fabulous client rescheduling(you will see a sneak peek of her session in a week) I was able to make it to visit her and the spend the weekend at my mom's. Thanks A!

We had fun running around the neighborhood borrowing peoples homes and lawns for pictures! G and G are absolutely adorable and so funny. Check out girl G's shoes...plastic Cinderella high heels. She could walk in those things better than I can! Thanks J for asking me to take some pictures of the family. We will have to do it again one day when you hubby is home from his service overseas. Sugar and Spice

I met the sweetest family this past weekend in Lincolnton. Mom and Dad are blessed with three beautiful girls. They have a gorgeous house that is decorated like a magazine. The girls' rooms are perfect! We had fun playing tea party, swinging and just hanging out. Thank you for letting me be a part of your weekend. It was so much fun! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek! I had trouble choosing just three so I put a lot!

Changes are coming...and a CONTEST.

I am so excited about the upcoming changes in the business. I and Amy with Candy Apple Studios have been working on a whole new look for Kimberly Kyle Photography. We are having a blast and making progress! I am not sure when the new look will be out in full but just know it is coming. With this new look comes a new logo, site, pricing and much more! So fun! The name will be the same but much better.

One thing I have never had is a tagline. I brainstormed for a while but ended up nixing them all. Here is your chance to help. Send me your tagline idea to kimberlykylephotography@yahoo.com. Growing up...

E came back to see me this morning for his 2nd session. He is one lucky guy...he is getting my Five Little Piggies plan...5 sessions in the first year. I love watching babies grow and change! E is now 5 months old and full of smiles. Gorgeous is the one word I would use to describe him. His blue eyes and full lips are going to give his mom and dad trouble one day! ;-) Here is his sneak peek! Enjoy.

He's here!

Remember the free birthing session offer?! Well, the sweet baby boy is now here! All 8 lbs 3 oz of him. After a long night of labor and no sleep, he was born at 7:37 am on Tuesday, July 29th. Mom and Dad are thrilled to meet their son. Photographing the birth was an amazingly beautiful moment. I want to thank the M and T for allowing me to share such a personal time. I hope you love the sneak peek of your lil' man.

Double the love

What a wonderful morning I had! I was asked by a great friend and photographer, Danielle Hobbs, to come help with 5 week girl/boy twins. Of course I said yes!!! This was my first session with twin babies. I drove to Columbia for the gmorning...etting up early and making the trip was very much worth it. The twins were absolutely perfect...so gorgeous. The hair, the lips, the toes...oh so sweet. I enjoyed every minute! Even the one where we got peed on! Lol. Poor Danielle got the worst of that. Enjoy these sweet little babies...I did.

I am doing some spring cleaning...a little late. :-) School will be starting soon and summer will be over once again. I have been slow with backing up my pictures lately. I guess I have been enjoying time with my lil' man so much I haven't made time. So during the next week I will be burning CDs of sessions. Time to organize and get ready for the coming holiday season!

If you would like ALL of your images on CD, the price will be $300.00. The CD will include reprint rights so that you are able to print where and when you would like. Santa Claus is coming to town...

well, not tonight but he will be here soon! I believe tonights count is 163 sleeps left. It sounds like a long time but we will be singing Christmas carols before we know it. Now is the perfect time to start thinking about holiday portraits. September and October will be set aside for just that! The only other sessions being held during these two months are maternity and newborns. Dates to remember:

October 26th - All holiday galleries will be open and ready for viewing.
November 15th - All holiday orders will be placed.
December 5th - All holiday orders will be filled and delivered.

This will give you plenty of time to choose your Christmas cards/portraits and have them delivered early in the season. Let's mark something off your holiday list! Sessions are being booked now. Stay tuned for the holiday special collections being offered this year!

Tick, Tick...Boom!!!

Check out this star! A friend of mine is one of the leads in the play, Tick, Tick...Boom! She asked me to take her head shots. Of course I said yes! It was a very fast but fun session. I hope to make it to her show when it opens. You should try to make it too!

Are you tired of them yet? I just had to post a few more of my family. There is one of my mom and stepdad and one each of Dawson's cousin Reagan and Reed. We had so much fun. I am really enjoying reliving the beach trip with these pictures.

Fun Times

Introducing my family!! This is my brother, sister in law, nephews and neice. They were such sports for these. We were out to eat at the fabulous Sunset Grille in Port St. Joe, FL. Many families were coming out to this area for pictures so they got to watch the fun. I want to give a big thanks to my brother for being a good sport!

Beauty on the beach

While at the beach I had the opportunity to take more pictures of R. She is now 20months old! She has the blondest hair and the bluest eyes. She is one beautiful little girl! As beautiful as she is, she is also a challenge...especially on the beach. What kid wants to sit or stay away from the water?! Not her! I had a blast chasing her around and finally into the waves!
